The Mentrau Iaith across Wales would like to extend our condolences to family and friends of Aled Roberts, the Welsh Language Commissioner, today.
He brought a wealth of experience to that role and worked tirelessly on making Welsh a living language that is part of the everyday experience of the people of Wales.
We hope that the same enthusiasm exists among us all to continue the work of increasing the use of Welsh in all our communities.
We are all richer in having known him and had the privilege of working with him.
