Mentrau Iaith Cymru is looking for a company to design, administer, maintain and offer support for two websites. This tender is for 2 pieces of work, detailed below:
Part 1 – Papurau Bro Website
Mentrau Iaith Cymru administers a grant on behalf of the Welsh Government for the Papurau Bro and is looking at how best to support them. Following responses from the Papurau Bro committees, they all want a website that reflects what a community newspaper is, which signposts the public to their local paper, and also provides a place for the different committees to share information and useful materials. We are looking for a company to design, administer, support and maintain a website to meet these needs.
Part 2 – Mentrau Iaith Cymru Website
The www.mentrauiaith.cymru website is a national platform for the Mentrau Iaith which provides general information about the mentrau’s work, news and vacancies. It’s also the home of Mentrau Iaith Cymru (MIC), an umbrella entity that supports and promotes the Mentrau Iaith. The website therefore includes an intranet for the Mentrau Iaith network staff, managed by MIC, which includes a document storage system, photos and more.
The contract will be ongoing, and the successful company is expected to be available during office hours to offer support through the medium of Welsh when required.
