This is what Einir Siôn, the Chief Executive of the Menter said:

“Parti Ponty is a Welsh festival for all the comunities of Rhondda Cynon Taf. Last year we took the festival to the heart of Pontypridd in order to take it to the people. This year we’re taking the festival all over the County  for the same reason. It’s a development that has an element of risk to it, but we believe that this risk will pay off and benefit people all over the County as well as the Welsh language. Thank you to RCT councill for their support and their faith in us as we work to raise the profile of the Welsh language in the County.”
