A post for a person with the ability to work strategically and practically to co-ordinate, provide and manage Welsh-medium social activity and opportunities for the young people of the county, in order to encourage ownership and use of the Welsh language. Experience of youth work is vital but we are also looking for someone who has a wide knowledge of Welsh contemporary culture and is prepared to thing and act creatively to promote and develop Welsh-language community provision.
The ability to communicate well with a wide audience; to resolve problems diplomatically; to work independently and under pressure; to develop experiences and act on young people’s ideas are required.
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 37.5 a week (flexible hours)
