To ensure the future of the Welsh language there should be more opportunities for people who receive Welsh medium education to use the language in the workplace. At the National Eistedddfod the Director of Menter Iaith Conwy, Meirion Davies, proposed the idea of creating a Welsh Language Labour Market to the Government.
